Bush also called on lawmakers to change the tax code to temporarily lift a tax penalty for homeowners who get their bank to lower the amount of their loan. This will help people with “Short Sales”

I don’t want to get political…but who was a better President? WJ Clinton or GW Bush? I know it is not over yet…
I am a republican and I know what WJ Clinton did will not indicate what Hillary will do but he did in fact have a good interview last night on Larry King.
